We aim to provide an excellent service at all times. However, should you be dissatisfied in any way, please email complaints@flb.co.uk. A partner of FLB Accountants LLP, not involved with the delivery of your services, will then investigate the matter.

We undertake to look into any complaint carefully and promptly and to take all reasonable measures to resolve the position to your satisfaction.

If we do not answer your complaint to your satisfaction, you can refer the matter to the ICAEW, our professional body.
